“ This was our first time dining at Three Robbers Pub but have heard only positive things about it thru several different friends. My husband and I took my Mother out for her bday lunch at the pub and it was the most enjoyable day! In every way! The food, our server and the atmosphere made our experience relaxing, special and memorable. “ Traditional pub environment, with somewhat limited seating. We’ve been here twice and found the food much better than expected for this type of establishment. The burger patties are very thick and have lots of toppings. And the salad is a surprisingly good mix of fresh greens, tomatoes, cucumber, etc., not just a small bowl of iceberg lettuce. We’ve recommended it to friends who also reported enjoying it. ”

“ I never really have high hopes for pub food, but this place really caught me off guard. Loved the pickled asparagus. They had it deep fried as an app, looked freshly dredged. Also had the Town’s Landing Salad, pickled asparagus again but not breaded, and the dilly cucumber dressing was unmistakably house made, fresh and full of flavor. My husband got the pub burger, which again, looked like a hand made burger that came freshly off the grill. Juicy but had that grill flavor. Everything you hope a burger tastes like at a cook out but never quite happens. For a small little town, this is a treasure ”

If you are in the area of a sleepy little town of Bowdoinham, stop in and have a delightful meal with the locals. Behind the pub is a river great for birding. There is a small play area for children. ”
